Sales Consultants and Client Solutions Account Representatives by performing administrative
duties, proposal generation, and contract verification.

- Coordinates Sales Conventions
- Generates customer or prospect lists for salespeople as requested
- Sends daily sales reports to Outside Sales and Client Solutions
- Maintains internal Sales Databases
- Answers incoming calls from prospective customers and sends leads to Sales Consultants
- Sends product literature to prospects
- Acts as Liaison between Sales Consultants and all internal departments
- 3 years working with customers in a Sales Organization
- 1-2 years Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel are required

- Must be an organized and dedicated individual with some technical knowledge.

The Sales and Marketing Account Manager is responsible for developing and
managing sales within specific verticals. Relationship development as well as strong
interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the printing industry in a B2B role
is required.
Accessible Printing is looking for an individual that will manage a team of Account Executives
in all phases of the sales cycle, providing the necessary business application and industry
knowledge to maximize customer service excellence and services revenue. The employee
will use their business and industry expertise, in combination with their sales, time,
project and people management skills, to effectively demonstrate how Accessible Printing
will meet the client's business needs. The responsibilities will include providing
senior leadership and sales and pre-sales support for major and strategic sales opportunities
in the area. You will be assisting in the delivery of key presentations for seminars;
strategic marketing opportunities, coordinating local user group activities; and coordinating
the delivery of complex technical solutions. Additionally, the Sales and Marketing Account
Manager is responsible for hiring and reviewing of pre-sales and sales personnel within
the area, providing sales activity reports, account updates and strategic product input
- Assist team in strategic and senior level product presentations and demonstrations.
- Support the development of advanced or complex evaluations.
- Coordinate and provide strategic input for needs analysis and RFP/RFI responses.
- Provide senior level account follow-up for technical issues during and after a sales
cycle.
- Advise Sales Representatives on technical qualification and trial planning for prospects.
- Ability to adapt to unique characteristics of regions across Canada.
- Coordinate local technical account update programs for strategic/major accounts.
- Support local trade show/seminar activity.
- Actively create and execute local marketing programs that complement other corporate
initiatives.
- Support the Big 6 program and strategic business development partners within the area.

- Develop and administer goals and objectives for all sales personnel.
- Conduct annual performance and compensation reviews for all pre-sales staff.

- 5 to 7 years in the printing industry with specific emphasis on selling short run print
products and services. Proven success penetrating medium to large sized organizations
(public & private).
