The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting both Outside Sales Consultants and Client Solutions Account Representatives by performing administrative duties, proposal generation, and contract verification.
Key Responsibilities
- Generates all proposals for both Outside Sales Consultants and Client Solutions Account Reps
- Provides administrative assistance for Outside Sales Consultants and Client Solutions Reps
- Coordinates sales Conventions
- Generates customer or prospect lists for salespeople as requested
- Sends daily sales reports to Outside Sales and Client Solutions
- Maintains internal sales Databases
- Answers incoming calls from prospective customers and sends leads to Sales Consultants
- Sends product literature to prospects
- Acts as Liaison between Sales Consultants and all internal departments
Experience Required :
- 3 years working with customers in a sales organization
- 1-2 years experience in Microsoft Word and Excel are required
